Cookery demonstrations as we head into 2024, for our AGA and Rayburn owners who would like to expand their knowledge and skills.
James, a local chef and Rayburn owner, will demonstrate a classic dish or cuisine, including the details and techniques for you to recreate at home.
Don't own an AGA or Rayburn but still fancy joining in? Each recipe will be easily converted to use with a conventional cooker.

Easy classic Malaysian dishes that complement each other perfectly.
Learning temperature control techniques using the cast iron range top to produce marinated chicken skewers, spicy peanut sauce, compressed Rice cubes and a cucumber and red onion salad.
During this demonstration we will be producing three different pasta dishes using two different pasta doughs and a number of rolling and folding techniques to create:
Crab linguine with chilli, parsley and lemon.
Spinach and Ricotta ravioli with sage and lemon butter.
Trofi with basil pesto and toasted pine nuts
